We reply within one working day. If you are writing about an existing order, include your order number — it is in your confirmation email and starts with a #. That one detail saves a round trip.

What to include
- Order or delivery problem — order number, and a photo if something arrived damaged.
- Return or refund — order number and whether the pack is still sealed. See Returns & Refunds.
- Ingredients or allergens — the product name and your child's age. Full ingredient lists are on every product page.
- Wholesale, stockist or press — put that word in the subject line so it reaches the right person.

A fair number of questions are already answered on our FAQ page — delivery times, storage, how to use each product, and what to do if a child misses a day.
Medical questions
We can tell you exactly what is in a product and how much. We cannot advise on whether it is right for a particular child, interactions with prescribed medication, or anything diagnostic — that belongs with your paediatrician, and we will say so rather than guess.
